Cancelation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your tour package. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties. Please carefully read and understand our cancellation policy before making a booking with us.

Cancellation by Customer:

If you cancel your tour package, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to departure date: 10% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation made between 30-59 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to departure date or no show: 80% of the total tour cost.

Please note that the above fees apply to the tour cost only and do not include any non-refundable fees that may have been incurred for flights, accommodations, or other services.

Cancellation by Our Company:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the tour cost paid.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred such as flights, accommodations, or other services outside of the tour package booked with us.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made to the original method of payment used for booking the tour package.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at info@TajDestinations.com or through our website. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
